I've just totted up my miles this week and found that me and Charlie have done 500 miles , half way there to our 1000 mile challenge , all down hill from now on !
Well done, Tony - great job. Now they're working on taking away my pandemic excuse, I feel obliged to make more of an effort myself. I used to do a lot of hillwalking, but I've got very used to being comfortable - have to put a stop to that. Where's me boots?
Well done! I thought of your 1,000 earlier this year when I took a slightly longer walk than my usual shorter and not frequent enough walks. A plan and record keeping is probably called for to build the discipline. Keep up the posts!
Well done... To both of you.
ReplyDeleteThe dog covers much more ground than me .
DeleteGood on you, it is quite an achievement.
ReplyDeleteI try to do a few miles every day, it adds up 😁

ReplyDeleteYes it's nice to reach the half way point at this time of year, it means I'm on target

I have one of these watches that record your mileage and aim for 3 miles a day - yesterday I did none - today 5.5 but hope for 21 miles a week .
