Warwick - 'The Kinge Maker' , these are a mixture the Mercenary sprue and the Men at Arms sprue.
John Clifford 9th Lord of Skipton .(Butcher Clifford)
The murder of Rutland by Lord Clifford at Wakefield - think Clifford may have been a victim of Tudor 'Black Propoganda' - it is thought that the Earl Rutland was killed in the battle.
The Kingmaker and Butcher Clifford - I think you are giving away your allegiance here? Personally I suspect Rutland was taken and killed in the pursuit but very much doubt he was dressed as a pantomime girl lead.
ReplyDeleteYes the picture is a bit 'Victoriana Shakespeare '
DeleteVery nice work, you have done really good work on them.
ReplyDeleteI do enjoy the Perry plastic figures
DeleteBeautiful figures Tony, you've done a marvelous paint job on them!
ReplyDeleteThank you , not to much shading on them , I tend to paint for the tabletop.
DeleteTop work....I'm never brave enough to buy these kits and stick them together. The sprues look too daunting.
ReplyDeleteI do like putting plastic figures together (throw back to model aircraft days) , the Perry sprue are a lot better than some other manufacturers, the arms are placed in pairs and often already have weapons in hand.
DeleteNice work there on the new Leader figures.
ReplyDeleteThanks I enjoyed painting them.
DeleteLovely stuff Tony…
ReplyDeleteThe good thing about this period is that you can have so much fun betraying everyone…😁
All the best. Aly
