The first batch of my mammoth re-basing project for my 'Age of Arthur' . The foot figures will fit onto the new bases and only need the edges tarting up , then I found I had run out of suitable bases !!!!! - I have a plastic carrier bag full of various MDF bases and NONE of the right size ! - 'Rats' ! , I could have sworn I had enough - but no ! , so an order has been dispatched to 'Warbases' .
There's nothing quite so irritating as getting into the swing of a project and then coming up short.
ReplyDeleteI was sure I had some ! - will find them when I've bought some more ! , Tony
DeleteLooking good...I use Products for Wargamers for bases...I think they are a bit cheaper.
ReplyDeleteWill give them a look for next time ,Tony
DeleteAh rebasing - what fun!
ReplyDeleteBit of a pain but worth it in the long run , Tony
DeleteAh-hah! TONY - finding your short on supply is surely a bug bear - I'm often in this predicament when it comes to modelling paints...on bases- I use Art Mounting Board - I cut it to size with a Stanley Knife - very cheap. ( less than a $1 for an entire Army)....KEV.
ReplyDeleteI'm to lazy to cut my own , so buy them in , Tony
