Te flag looks similar to the international signal "W" (for whisky), which means "I need medical assistance" - or "bring more medicine". Having checked, I think that's not correct, so I'm not sure. Nice figures - like them.

It used to be illegal to have water on the table at the time of the Loyal Toast in certain Scottish officers' messes, to prevent charged glasses being passed "over the water". For all I know, it probably still is.Regards, Chris.
